Don't let the smiling faces fool you, this a cardio workout but with the focus on fun. The Zumba program offers men, women and kids a chance to get fit and have fun with an up-beat blend of modern rhythms and easy-to-follow moves with my unique engaging style.

If you love the feel of 'Old Skool' aerobics with a sporty modern day twist, this is the class for you. Make no mistake this workout will push your limits, but you dictate the intensity - after all it's your workout, with a combination of weights with high impact cardio aerobic exercises - so long as you are sweating then you are doing it right! You won't leave this class wanting more. You've just given everything you have.

Many of the group started out on my Couch25k programme and have never looked back. Each week, come rain, wind or shine this group sets out together with the short and long courses splitting and coming back together at the end for warm down and stretches.

This class is an excellent supplement to your regular workout. These classes improve the body's core strength, endurance and control, but don't by fooled by the name - this challenging though restorative class consists of 50 minutes of mat work. You will walk away from this class knowing you nurtured your body while getting a great workout.
