The Zumba program offers men, women and kids a chance to get fit and have fun with an up-beat blend of Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. I'm not a skinny minny I'm just your average booty shaking, hip swirling, body shimmying, dance in my sleep, mummy and complete Zumba addict.

So no matter what you fitness level, age or coordination, a Zumba party is about to get started and you are on the ‘A’ list. With tracks and choreography regularly changing it will keep you and your body guessing what the night will bring resulting in an increased calorie burn.

Before you know it, you’re getting fit and you will find your energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like LEE-ANN'S ZUMBA DANCE PARTY. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning dancers.

What you need to bring with you

Come dressed in comfortable fitness attire that's easy to move in and can handle sweat. Wear sports shoes that support dance movement — think side-to-side movements and pivots rather than simple front-to-back movement. Good shoes can include cross trainers, dance trainers, or even running shoes with a worn-out tread.

Apart from that, bring a water bottle and towel - it's gonna get hot in there!
