LEE-ANN'S ZUMBA® GOLD DANCE PARTY is based on the same dance moves used in the original Zumba class.

The Gold class, however, is less intense, with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults using modified movements. ZUMBA® GOLD uses the same great Zumba formula, we add a longer warm up and cool down to allow your body to prepare for the program that improves balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength.

Zumba Gold was designed to teach the basic dance steps to anyone, it provides an appropriate workout for those just beginning a fitness program.

Feeling the music happens when you suddenly forget you are dancing in a class and the music is the reason to move with joy.

What you need to bring with you

Come dressed in comfortable fitness attire that's easy to move in and can handle sweat. Wear sports shoes that support dance movement — think side-to-side movements and pivots rather than simple front-to-back movement. Good shoes can include cross trainers, dance trainers, or even running shoes with a worn-out tread.

Apart from that, bring a water bottle and towel - it's gonna get hot in there!
